An early 20th century American chest of drawers in a rare double width design with a limed finish. This six drawer dresser is beautifully made with elongated handles, reeded detailing to the front frame, and panelled sides. Made by Rodgers Wade who were founded in 1856 in Paris, Texas, they quickly gained a reputation for fine furniture and are one of the oldest established businesses in Texas today. Constructed in solid wood with makers’ label to the interior.
