Leon Rosen Glass Coffee Table

£690.00

A rare late 20th century coffee table by Leon Rosen for the Pace Collection. This vintage table is constructed entirely from glass and brass in a clean and simple design that cleverly balances elegance and solidity.

The Pace Collection was founded by Irving and Leon Rosen in New York City, producing limited editions of fine furniture and bespoke commissions for the interior design trade. Their designs became known for their high-gloss finishes, and use of metal and glass.

This 1970s piece comprises angled planes of thick heavy glass which are held together with elongated brass supports to create the base, and a rectangular glazed top sits sturdily above.

H 49.5cm

L 141cm

D 75cm

There is a tiny knick in the edge of the top at one end, one longer chip at the top of the base, and light scratches to the top, see photographs. None of these are particularly noticeable when in use and do not detract from the impact of this well made and sturdy piece. Please get in touch if you'd like more photos.
